  >> Zhen-Shan-Ren (Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance) is the fundamental principle of the universe.
  >> Self-development and refinement (moral upgrade) in daily life are the most important parts of Falun Dafa cultivation.
  >> To be a good practitioner, one has to think of others first, be a good person with the family, at work, and in society.
  >> Whenever experiencing a conflict, search inside yourself for the causes. When hit, do not strike back, when cursed, do not swear back.
  >> Any killing, including suicide, is a severe sin.
  >> Transmission of Falun Dafa is not for anyone's profit.
  >> Cultivation is not political, Falun Dafa will never pursue any political interest.
  >> The cultivation of Falun Dafa is formless, no worship, no religious ritual.
  >> The cultivation of Falun Dafa has to be out of the practitioner's own free-willed choice, genuinely taking the Law (the principle) as the Master, clear-mindedly upgrade oneself all the time.
  >> The way of Falun Dafa cultivation is to read the book Zhuan Falun, practice the 5 sets of exercises, and genuinely follow the moral standards of Falun Dafa in everyday life.
* People who do not follow these teachings cannot be called Falun Dafa practitioners.

  >> Triggered by Tianjin police arbitrarily arresting 40 Falun Dafa practitioners.
  >> Practitioners appeal to higher authorities after no response to petitions to the local government in Tianjin - a lawful action of trust and hope.
  >> A peaceful, apolitical appeal for basic human rights supposed to be guaranteed by the Chinese constitution: the freedom of thoughts, conscience, and beliefs.
  >> The Falun Dafa practitioners requested:

Immediate release of innocent fellow practitioners arrested in Tianjin
 
2.
Cease the ban on publishing and distributing Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa.
 
3.

What happened to Falun Dafa in China after July 20
     
  >>

Hundreds of volunteer coordinators of Falun Dafa were arrested in their homes during the early morning hours on July 20th.

  >> Chinese Government announced the ban on Falun Gong on July 22nd. Hundreds of millions copies of Falun Dafa books, video and audio materials were burn in public. Tens of thousands of practitioners were arbitrarily detained, beaten, and punished for appealing to have the arrested released.
  >> The state propaganda machine intensified the campaign to defame Falun Dafa with fabricated stories and false accusations nation-wide.
  >> Falun Dafa practitioners are forced to choose between practicing Falun Dafa and maintaining their party memberships, jobs, education, and pensions.
  >> Practitioners were also forced to make false statements about the practice and their experience with it, to denounce Falun Dafa and to promise that they will stop cultivating.
  >> The arrested practitioners have been tortured, denied used of washroom, or not being fed for long period of time and forced to do hard labor. They are also beaten and physically abused.
  >> Police announced reward for neighbors to report any practicing or meetings of Falun Gong, those who are found practicing will be arrested or detained and tortured.
